Beta software

Darty is in active development and currently offered as a private beta. Features may change, break, or disappear, and the service may be unavailable at times. We provide Darty as it is while we build it.

Using Darty

You agree to use Darty fairly and lawfully.

• Don't misuse, disrupt, or try to break the service.
• Don't attempt to access other people's accounts or data.
• Don't use Darty to do anything illegal.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in secure and let us know if you think someone else is using it.

Your content

The games and scores you record belong to you. You give us permission to store and display that information as needed to run the service for you — for example, saving your history and syncing it across your devices.

No warranty

Darty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the app will be error-free or always available, especially during the beta.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Darty is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Darty is a scorekeeping aid — the official record of any match is whatever your league or venue recognizes.

Ending use

You can stop using Darty at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we stop offering the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Darty grows. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
