What we collect

• Account details. If you sign in with an account provider (Google), we receive your name and email address from them.
• Game data. The games, scores, players, and statistics you record while using the app.
• Waitlist email. If you join the beta waitlist, we keep the email address you give us.
• Settings. Your preferences — such as theme and game options — which we save so they can follow you across the devices you sign in on.
• Basic technical data. Standard logs such as device type and rough usage, used to keep the app running and to fix problems.

How we use it

We use the information above to provide and improve Darty. Specifically:

• To run the app — scoring games, saving history, and showing your statistics.
• To sync your games across the devices you sign in on.
• To contact you about the private beta, if you joined the waitlist.
• To keep the service secure and to fix bugs.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show you third-party advertising.

Where your data lives

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Darty: Google for sign-in, Amazon Web Services for hosting, and Neon for our database. They only process your data so that Darty can work.

Your choices

• You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it.
• You can clear the settings stored on your device through your browser at any time.
• You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails using the link in any email we send.

Children

Darty is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
